• Analysis results: output scores, metrics, and AI-generated feedback associated with your account.

• Support messages: content of any email or in-app support communication.
• Order data: plan, status, and limited transaction metadata returned by Paddle (we do not store card details).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the Service (account creation, running face analyses, returning results) — performance of contract.
• Billing, subscription management, fraud prevention, tax/invoicing — performance of contract and legal obligation, carried out by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
• Security, abuse prevention, debugging, service reliability — legitimate interests.
• Product improvement and aggregated analytics — legitimate interests.
• Marketing emails (only where you opt in) — consent, withdrawable at any time.

4. How we share data

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

• Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") — our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payments, billing, sales tax, invoicing, refunds, and related customer service.
• Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers processing data on our behalf as subprocessors (hosting, database, storage, edge compute).
• AI inference providers used to compute analysis results on uploaded images, under data-processing terms.
• Email and support tooling used to deliver transactional and support communications.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where strictly necessary.
• Authorities where required by applicable law.

5. International transfers

Personal data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Uploaded images and analysis results are retained until you delete them or your account is closed, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Billing records held by Paddle are retained per Paddle's policies and applicable tax law.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@faceanylzer.com. We respond within one month.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege secrets management, and regular security review of our infrastructure.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. Paddle may set cookies during checkout to process your order. Where we use analytics cookies, we ask for your consent and you can withdraw it at any time.
