30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases of Face Analyzer plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Open the relevant order and follow the prompts to request a refund.
3. You can also contact us at support@faceanylzer.com and we will help coordinate with Paddle.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. Refunds for renewal charges outside the 30-day window are handled at Paddle's discretion under its Refund Policy.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take several business days to appear.
